We had a great time learning the history, then working with the butter and finally tasting gave a bit of everything. All was so interesting. A great part of our girls trip.

I am a personal chef and caterer who prides myself on top quality ingredients. I make a lot of compound butters and whipped butters for which this butter is perfect. I am now going to be a lifelong customer!
