Fromage Blanc means 'white cheese' in French. It's traditionally a soft, spreadable cow milk cheese, popularly called Boursin (with added herbs), or Quark (the German version). Fromage Blanc is a lactic-set cheese, meaning it's tangy and acidic and only a tiny amount of rennet is used in the manufacturing. Our version is a lemony, luscious blend of cow and sheep milk.
