Our classic melting fontina, now with savory and earthy rind! Our Miso-Mushroom spice rub is made by The Deliciouser, a Madison, Wisconsin-based spice company, and contains sea salt, assorted mushrooms, red miso, onions, garlic, and ginger. 

The approximately 1/2 lb pieces are vacuum-sealed, should be refrigerated, and have a shelf-life of approximately 6 months.
