Though I had high expectations of the Calabrian Chili & Honey and Cinnamon Maple both were excellent. Slathered on fresh bread, or used in a recipe the flavors sing. The base butter is phenomenal.

Ordering and shipping were very easy, only problem: I didn't order enough.

Don’t hold back, order four or five pats and spread the shipping cost across multiple pats and you’ll find the cost beating the higher cost competition.

I bought this tour for my sister and her husband. They said the cheese was great and paired with a couple of wines. Later they bought a couple of the cheeses at the store down the street. The "caves" and explanations were really interesting. Three other couples were there - all from outside Wisconsin. Overall, well worth the trip!
