It all starts with milk, and we work closely with our farmers to make sure we get the best.
We aren’t farmstead, but we visit the barns, see the animals, know what they are eating and talk to our farmers regularly to ensure we have well-treated animals yielding the loveliest milk possible.
We met Abe and Sam Enloe, brothers from Rewey, WI, in 2013. We plotted and planned and launched together in 2014. Their happy ewes supply all of the milk for our award-winning sheep milk cheeses.
